• Option 1: Sign up to be a monthly regular - RM35 per class - Monthly fee is due on the first class of that month.
  • A space will be held for you each week. If you cannot attend a class, with 24 hrs notice we will try to arrange a make-up class for you on a different day that week. Otherwise there is no refund for missed classes.
  • Option 2: Drop in rate is RM45 per class. Is reserved on a first come, first serve basis.


  • We focus on flexibility, strength, posture alignment and breath awareness and meditation.
  • We hold the poses long enough for you to be able to adjust properly and experiment with the pose.
  • Each class works for beginners to intermediate. As we give alternatives to the poses, to meet the different levels.

· Each class is 90 minutes long

· Essential oils are diffused throughout the class

· Herbal tea is served at the end of class

· Yoga mats, meditation pillows, blocks and straps are provided


Our yoga practitioners use their extensive training and in-depth understanding of the human body and psyche to customized their classes according to individual's issues and capacity at the same time cultivate awareness of one’s own practice and life process.

Ashley combines her passion and knowledge of the mind body connection to help empower and inspire her students.

· 300-hour teacher training in Integrativ Yoga at Yogshakti, Kuala Lumpur.

· Kari is also trained in Restorative Yoga, Yoga as a Moving Meditation, Qi Gong, Tapping

Kari is passionate about Yoga as a way of life. She loves sharing this empowering philosophy when teaching, helping students to relax, open and go deep within, to find that quiet space, to simply breathe, let go and just BE. This is where true healing begins.

Originally from the UK, Kate calls KL home for the past 12 years. After 9 years in the corporate world of sports partnerships, research and consulting, Kate made the goal of finding how to turn her passion of healthy living into a day job. She is inspired by a pathway to wellness and helping other people discover the best version of themselves.
