Nice and easy gluten free/fructose free/dairy free meal.

I will eat this for breakfast, lunch or dinner... I cook a few veggies with chickpeas (in this case celery and ginger), add some almonds and sunflower seeds and a few spices. Fry an egg and cut up some papaya sprinkled with cinnamon. Very easy and yummy!
